Queen's Park Fair 14.09.14

 Hellooooo.

Just a small post today! We went to Queen's Park fair this afternoon, which despite being held in quite a small park, has loads of stalls ranging from fancy cupcakes to clothing made out of alpaca wool. The fair is held on an annual basis, with a mixture of food and entertainment, including a bandstand, bouncy castles and dog shows. We were sitting eating our burgers when our friend Gaby walked by with her guitar, we had no idea but it turned out she was actually doing a little performance there which was so good (check out her Soundcloud here)- she does covers of good songs and also writes her own stuff and is really talented. :)

Black Lace and Leopard Print 08.09.14

As it was such a lovely day today and me and Ella finished early, we decided to go to the woods (again) and do a bit of an outfit post because it's been quite a while. It really is such a nice place to take photos because of all the greenery and trickling water, but it's quite hard to get the lighting on the pictures right as the sun shone down in huge patches which made some of the photos so over-exposed - although this gave a pretty nice effect to some pictures.

Today Ella wore her gorgeous new leopard print coat from H&M which will be great when it starts to get chillier this autumn, her striped jumper also from H&M, Jamie jeans from Topshop and Doc Marten boots.

I felt a bit like Bellatrix Lestrange in my new long black lace... thing. Not going to lie I literally don't know what it is. A cardigan? A kimono? A KAFTAN? But I thought it was pretty funky anyway and I bought it because I don't have anything quite like it and it will be a good slightly more fancy cover-up for the autumn. I wore it with my black velvet dress from Topshop and my Docs.

Once the two of us were walking along Oxford Street and we somehow ended up participating in a protest march. We walked with them for a while then slyly departed down a nearby sideroad. To this day we have no idea what we were protesting for.

5. If you could pack up and leave, and go wherever you wanted to right now, where would you go and why?

New Zealand because it's beaaautiful. Or Norway to see the fjords and northern lights because it looks magical.

6. Who is your inspiration/role model? Why?

7. Earliest childhood memory? 

Eloïse: My mum being pregnant with my little brother
Ella: A Christmas holiday in Poland

8. What inspired you to start blogging? 

Just the fact that it seemed quite fun to be honest. And also Holly and Summer's blog!

- Ella once introduced herself as Eloïse to a teacher unintentionally
- Eloïse once fell into the lake in Hyde Park
- Ella was born in Yemen.

Making rash purchases on ASOS and sleeping.

Lie in, have a fry up, go to a funky market like Brick Lane or Portobello and eat in a cute café.
